Foam applicators

Foam applicators – small items with a big impact.
 
No matter whether round, rectangular, flat or chamfered - if it's a question of durable sponge applicators, Mank´s specialist products are in demand.

Tell us what you need. We'll design and make it: we manufacture highly specialized products out of polyester foam, polyether foam, polyethylene foam, composite foam or filter foam.  In a multitude of colours and shapes, with different specific gravities and numerous additional characteristics.

Stamped
Using the very latest stamping and cutting techniques, we turn materials into any shape that's desired - using flat bed, rotation or kiss cutting processes.

Angled
All chamfers are possible up to an angle of 45°, on either one or two sides.

Stamped
From really tiny up to as thick as your arm.  You decide on the diameter and depth of the penetrating holes and blind holes. Covered or laminated foams can also be stamped.

Laminated
All foam qualities can be supplied either as single layers or laminated, e.g. with reticulated filter foam or polyethylene foam. Impregnation with care emulsions is also possible.

Covered
Upon request, all foam types can be covered with foils or various fabrics. They can also be made self-adhesive. Exactly the way you want your order.

Flocked
Flocked foams have a soft surface, which gives them a special "brushed effect". In addition, you can choose between numerous special finishes, e.g. fire protected, preserved or antibacterial protection against fungal attack.

Finishes
You can choose between the various finish varieties, e.g. flame-resistant, preserved or antibacterial as protection from fungus.
